Job Description
WPP is seeking an Assistant Share Plan Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This role is crucial in delivering successful equity compensation outcomes, working closely with the Head of Global Share Plans and a network of agency Plan Managers and vendors. The role offers excellent prospects for professional development within a dynamic and evolving environment.

Role involves:
  • Supporting the Head of Global Share Plans in delivering equity compensation plans.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert for global Plan Managers.
  • Managing operational plans and ensuring milestones are met.
  • Contributing to the development of plan communications.
  • Managing risk in countries where plans operate.
  • Producing accurate and timely reports for stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Experience working on multi-country equity compensation plans.
  • Evidence of building good relationships across the organization.
  • Attention to detail in producing technical reports and documentation.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Cert ESP qualification is desirable.
