Service Delivery Manager (Payroll Application Operations & Process Support)

Job Description

WPP is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to support its NA Enterprise Payroll platforms. This role involves ADP Enterprise Payroll application administration, including configuration, security provisioning, reporting, process optimization, and governance. The Service Delivery Manager will resolve system issues, provide guidance to WPP Operating Company’s Payroll Operations staff, and contribute to system stability and continuous improvement.Responsibilities:

• Ensuring proper functioning of ADP ENTERPRISE (EV6) & WFN payroll systems.
• Maintaining ADP ENTERPRISE (EV6) & WFN setup tables and User Security.
• Serving as a point of contact for NA Payroll Operations teams.
• Responding to queries and issues related to the platform or configuration.
• Collaborating with internal and external partners for resolving defects and implementing enhancements.
• Managing enterprise-wide Payroll reporting and data audits.
• Providing user support through documentation and training.
• Collaborating with offshore India support team.

Requirements:

• Technical understanding of ADP ENTERPRISE (EV6) & Workforce Now payroll applications.
• Experience with relational database concepts and ad-hoc database query tools.
• Understanding of payroll regulatory and tax reporting and administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work in multiple systems.
