Job Description
WPP is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to support its NA Enterprise Payroll platforms and process governance. This role involves supporting all aspects of ADP Enterprise Payroll application administration, including configuration, security provisioning, reporting, process optimization, governance, and adoption. The Service Delivery Manager will be based in the USA and will partner with resources in India as part of a follow-the-sun support model. They will resolve system issues, provide guidance to WPP Operating Company’s Payroll Operations staff, and contribute to system stability and continuous improvement.- Ensuring proper functioning of WPP corporate ADP ENTERPRISE (EV6) & WFN payroll systems.
- Maintaining ADP ENTERPRISE (EV6) & WFN setup tables and User Security.
- Serving as a point of contact for NA Payroll Operations teams.
- Responding to queries and issues related to the platform or configuration.
- Collaborating with internal and external partners for resolving defects and implementing enhancements.
- Serving as a point of contact for WPP Corporate Tax for payroll tax related matters.
- Performing regular data audits and resolving any data integrity issues.
- Providing user support through documentation and training.
- A technical understanding of ADP ENTERPRISE (EV6) & Workforce Now payroll applications.
- Experience & understanding of relational database concepts.
- Experience & understanding of ad-hoc database query tools.
- Experience & understanding of payroll regulatory and tax reporting and administration.
- Strong creative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
