Job Description
WPP is seeking a Senior Technology Acquisition Delivery Partner to focus on acquiring top tech talent for their AI Platform, WPP Open. This role is based in London and is a fixed-term contract for 6-9 months. The successful candidate will be a specialist in sourcing and hiring .NET, React, AI, Scrum Specialists, and other cutting-edge tech professionals. They will partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and contribute to the talent strategy.
Role involves:
- Collaborating with leaders to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Managing the entire recruitment process for senior tech roles, from sourcing to offer.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using advanced techniques.
- Staying ahead of tech trends and provide market intelligence to hiring managers.
- Cultivating strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
- Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to optimize our process.
- Contributing to WPP Open's employer branding efforts.
Requirements:
- Strong background of tech recruiting experience in the UK Technology market.
- Proven track record in .NET, React, AI, Cloud and related fields.
- Experience in advanced technology companies with complex tech environments similar to the FAGMA companies preferred.
- Expert sourcing skills.
- Deep tech understanding.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Data analysis skills.
- Ability to perform advanced Tech Screening is highly beneficial.
- Agile recruitment experience.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Relevant certifications a plus.
