Lightspeed is seeking a Partner Growth Manager to join its Hospitality team in Paris. This role focuses on expanding existing strategic partnerships and cultivating new ones to drive merchant acquisition within the French market. The Partner Growth Manager will have significant ownership and build a strong professional network within Lightspeed's partner ecosystem.Responsibilities include:
- Active engagement with existing resellers and referrals.
- Researching and trending the enterprise app market.
- Developing, managing, and maintaining the pipeline for market strategy.
- Achieving channel sales quotas in assigned regions.
- Providing monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline reporting and forecasts.
- Ensuring high-quality communication between channel partners and Lightspeed.
- Leading one-on-one screen-sharing presentations.
- Managing and developing the onboarding of new partners.
- Bringing in new reseller partnerships through prospecting and qualification.
- Collaborating with Product, Business Development, and sales managers.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of partnerships/B2B experience (Software sales preferred).
- Amazing negotiating skills.
- Great understanding of the Partnership landscape, especially within France.
- Experience to train, motivate, and foster relationships with potential partners.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- Fluency in French and English.
