Dataiku is seeking a Senior Marketing Campaign Operations Specialist to enhance the efficiency of its global marketing team. This role involves maintaining the lead process and ensuring the integrity of the campaign structure. The ideal candidate will be a change agent and a steward of structure within the marketing organization.Dataiku is a Universal AI Platform that empowers organizations to control their AI talent, processes, and technologies. It offers no-, low-, and full-code capabilities, enabling teams to build with AI using their existing skills.
Responsibilities: - Auditing current systems and processes to identify transformation opportunities.
- Acting as the first point of contact between marketers and campaigns.
- Collaborating with marketers to identify pain points and create solutions.
- Serving as a liaison between Operations and Demand Generation teams.
- Managing the Marketing Enablement program in Mindtickle.
- Developing Campaign Analytics dashboards with the Analytics team.
- Gathering lead quality feedback from BDR leaders and adjusting scoring rules.
- Optimizing and consolidating HubSpot workflows to reduce processing time.
Requirements: - 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations supporting mid to large marketing organizations.
- Understanding of B2B marketing (online, offline, ABM) and experience with automation systems.
- In-depth experience with marketing automation tools and marketing technology (Hubspot, Salesforce, Tableau).
- Detail-oriented and deliverable-driven.
- Experienced project manager with a commitment to building stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Comfortable working operationally and formalizing high-level frameworks.
