Lightspeed is seeking a Director of Sales Enablement to lead their NOAM team. This role is central to the success of Lightspeed's go-to-market functions, responsible for developing and leading a world-class Enablement function. The Director will collaborate with GTM Leadership teams to design and implement strategic initiatives supporting new hires’ onboarding, product, and role-specific training. The role involves overseeing Sales Engineering, GTM Training, GTM Enablement (Sales, Customer, Partner), and Field Sales Ops teams.Responsibilities include:
  • Building and leading an Enablement Team.
  • Designing enterprise-level training programs.
  • Collaborating with various departments.
  • Establishing metrics to measure training program effectiveness.
  • Maintaining expertise in company products and industry trends.
  • Integrating competitor insights into training materials.
  • Assisting in strategic and leadership projects.
Requirements include:
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, or a master's degree in business.
  • 7+ years of experience driving enablement strategies in SaaS organizations.
  • Experience designing and implementing training programs for sales teams.
  • Experience running large-scale GTM programs.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with sales and CRM tools.
