Job Description
Lucid Software, a leader in visual collaboration, is seeking an EMEA Enterprise Expansion Account Executive. This role involves strategic business growth for new and existing customers across assigned territories. The Enterprise Account Executive will collaborate with Business Development Representatives to identify target markets and verticals, engage in outbound prospecting, and work directly with customers to create business value and close sales opportunities. They will also partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure renewals, drive expansion, and maintain customer engagement.Responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of Lucid's collaboration suite.
- Understanding the competitive landscape in the EMEA region.
- Directing outbound lead sourcing and identifying new opportunities.
- Generating and closing new pipeline through prospect engagements.
- Sharing market insights with product and marketing teams.
- Managing a book of accounts and creating reliable forecasts.
Requirements include:
- 5+ years of sales experience in SaaS/software.
- Experience working with major customers/enterprises.
- Ability to project manage complex sales cycles.
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Must work from the Amsterdam office two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday).
