Job Description

Lucid Software, a leader in visual collaboration, is seeking a NA Emerging Enterprise Expansion Sr. Account Executive. This role focuses on strategic business growth within assigned territories, working with existing Lucidchart, Lucidspark, and Lucidscale customers. The Account Executive will collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure renewals, drive expansion, and maintain customer engagement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Closing business and building relationships with existing accounts
  • Providing excellent customer service and identifying strategic expansion opportunities
  • Improving best practices for outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Creating and maintaining reliable forecasts
  • Demonstrating the value of the Lucid Suite
  • Promoting teamwork and helping others
  • Meeting team standards for activity and accountability

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of closing experience (preferably in SaaS/tech)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
