Job Description

Lucid Software, a leader in visual collaboration, is seeking an NA Mid-Market Expansion Account Executive. This role focuses on strategic business growth within existing Lucidchart, Lucidspark, and Lucidscale customer accounts. The Account Executive will work directly with customers to create business value, close sales opportunities, ensure renewals, drive expansion, and maintain customer engagement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Effectively closing business and building relationships with existing accounts.
  • Providing excellent customer service and identifying strategic expansion opportunities.
  • Improving best practices for prospecting and pipeline generation.
  • Creating and maintaining reliable forecasts.
  • Becoming an expert in demonstrating the value of the Lucid Suite.
  • Developing a mentality of teamwork and seeking opportunities to help others.
  • Meeting team standards for activity, accountability, and SLAs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of closing experience in a similar role, preferably in tech/SaaS.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
