Lightspeed is seeking a Director of Sales Enablement to lead its NOAM team. This role is central to the success of Lightspeed's go-to-market functions. The Director will develop and lead a world-class Enablement function, collaborating with GTM Leadership to design and implement strategic initiatives. This includes onboarding new hires, and providing product and role-specific training and enablement. Your department will oversee Sales Engineering, GTM Training, GTM Enablement, and Field Sales Ops teams.Responsibilities include:
- Building and leading an Enablement Team.
- Designing and implementing enterprise-level training programs.
- Collaborating with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales leaders.
- Establishing a metrics framework to measure training program effectiveness.
- Maintaining expertise in products, services, and industry trends.
- Integrating competitor insights into training materials.
- Assisting in strategic and leadership projects.
Lightspeed requires candidates to have:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field or master's degree in business.
- 7+ years of experience driving enablement strategies in high-growth SaaS environments.
- Experience designing and implementing training programs for global sales teams.
- Experience in running large scale GTM programs that spans across multiple functions, verticals, and regions.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with sales and CRM tools.
