Mid-Level Data Security Analyst

Job Description

EBANX is seeking a Mid-Level Data Security Analyst to focus on implementing and managing security controls for data protection. The analyst will be responsible for protecting data at rest, in transit, and in use, by implementing and managing security controls like encryption and DLP throughout the data lifecycle. They will also monitor and respond to security incidents, manage access and identity through IAM and MFA policies, and ensure compliance with regulations like LGPD and GDPR. The role involves automating security tasks, analyzing vulnerabilities, and collaborating with various teams to integrate security into all processes.Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Data security knowledge (encryption, masking, DLP, etc.)
• Familiarity with security tools (SIEM, firewalls, vulnerability analysis, etc.)
• Experience with databases and Big Data (SQL, NoSQL, ETL, Data Lakes, Data Warehouses)
• Programming/Scripting skills (Python, Java)
• Understanding of systems and networks (Windows, Linux, TCP/IP)
• Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, etc.)
