EBANX is seeking a Product Design Team Lead to manage their Payments portfolio. The role involves identifying, analyzing, and implementing strategies to elevate the efficiency and effectiveness of the payments platform. The candidate will use analytical skills to refine the platform, ensuring peak performance and operational excellence. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and optimize platform performance metrics.

Role involves:

• Performance Analysis: Scrutinize platform performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Drive Optimization Initiatives: Develop and implement data-driven strategies for performance optimization.
• Market and Technology Trends Analysis: Stay abreast of emerging trends in payment technologies.
• Continuous Improvement: Establish and maintain processes for ongoing performance monitoring and optimization.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication and alignment on priorities related to payments performance.

Requirements:

• Expertise in payments operations, fintech, or a related industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear product strategies.
• Experience in interactive product development.
• Multilingual abilities (Portuguese, English, Spanish, or Chinese Mandarin).
• Familiarity with tools such as anti-fraud solutions, smart routing, and data visualization tools.
