Job Description
EBANX is seeking an Accounting Mid Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will own key financial areas and processes, supporting the recognition and reporting of financial figures. This role involves collaborating with finance, product, and engineering teams to advise on accounting treatment of business initiatives and transactions, as well as implementing and maintaining effective control environments.

Role Involves:
  • Participating in building scalable accounting processes to support global growth.
  • Planning and performing monthly and quarterly close activities.
  • Partnering with Product, Systems, Treasury, Tax and Legal teams.
  • Researching and preparing technical accounting analyses.
  • Designing, implementing, and executing effective internal control procedures.
  • Developing and maintaining accounting policies and procedural documentation.
  • Developing accounting requirements documents to enable automation.
  • Attendance and monitoring of the work of the external audit and consultancy.

Requirements:
  • Solid accounting and/or industry experience.
  • Graduation in Accounting or Administration/Economics (CRC active).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and experience working with large data, SQL will be an additional.
  • Knowledge in IFRS and BRGAAP.
  • Advanced/Fluent Spanish.
  • Knowledge in SAP (S4Hana)
  • Demonstrated history of taking on various types of challenging projects and producing results
  • Solution-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for establishing best practices
