Accounting Analyst SR LATAM

Job Description

EBANX is seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to focus on continuous improvement and take ownership of their activities. The role involves accounting operations for Latin American associates, requiring strong logical reasoning and the ability to work with diverse teams. The candidate will engage with service providers, local professionals, and participate in presentations and meetings in Spanish and Portuguese.

• Executing daily accounting routines and monthly closing for international companies.
• Performing accounting entries and classifications.
• Analyzing and controlling all accounting accounts.
• Performing accounting reconciliations and resolving pending issues.
• Closing balance sheets/financial statements and preparing reports.
• Organizing accounting and tax documents.
• Ensuring local controls and obligations.
• Supporting external audits and consultancies.

Requirements:

• Native Spanish speaker.
• Degree in Accounting or Administration/Economics.
• Experience in large or medium-sized companies.
• Knowledge of accounting and tax routines.
• Knowledge of IFRS.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to work autonomously.
