Job Description
EBANX is seeking a Mid Level Merchant Operations Analyst to proactively monitor and enhance the merchant experience. This role involves a blend of analytical skills, communication, and collaboration to ensure optimal performance and satisfaction for EBANX's merchants.Role involves:
- Monitoring KPIs such as payment approval rate, chargeback rate, and refund rate.
- Suggesting and leading improvement initiatives.
- Conducting in-depth analysis of data, charts, and spreadsheets.
- Participating in regular meetings with merchants and presenting performance insights and issue resolutions.
- Creating presentations with key performance indicators.
- Constantly collaborating with other EBANX departments to resolve issues.
- Handling daily merchant requests, such as settlement-related questions, payment confirmations, reports, and more.
Requirements:
- Reading, understanding, and analyzing data.
- Experience with SQL and Queries.
- Fluency in English.
