EBANX is seeking a Payments and Partnerships Operations Specialist to join their Business Operations Team in Argentina. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of EBANX's payment operations and ensuring high-quality payment approval rates.

The Specialist will collaborate with various internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize payment performance and drive merchant success. They will monitor KPIs, propose improvement plans, and build relationships with payment partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor KPIs of approval rates.
• Lead actions to enhance approval rates.
• Design workflows to streamline payment operations.
• Build relationships with payment partners.
• Conduct A/B tests with acquirers.
• Stay updated on market trends.
• Create dashboards for conversion rate analysis.
• Analyze real-time data for smart routing strategies.
• Detect anomalies using Machine Learning.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• Experience in the payments industry or e-commerce.
