Job Description

EBANX is seeking a Payments Operations Senior Analyst to join their Business Operations Team in São Paulo. EBANX is a payment platform that connects global companies with customers in fast-growing digital markets. The Business Operations Team monitors and improves payment approval rates across multiple countries, working with various internal and external stakeholders.

The Analyst will maintain the integrity of EBANX's payment operations, ensure payment approval quality, build strategic relationships, establish business continuity, identify improvement opportunities, and provide technical support.

Role Involves:

  • Monitoring KPIs of approval rates.
  • Leading actions to enhance approval rates with partners.
  • Designing workflows to streamline payment operations.
  • Managing relationships with payment partners.
  • Conducting A/B tests to improve approval rates.
  • Staying updated on payment industry trends.
  • Creating dashboards for conversion rate analysis.
  • Analyzing real-time data to improve Smart Routing strategies.
  • Detecting anomalies using Machine Learning.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in payments, e-commerce, or similar.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Tenacity and a solution-oriented attitude.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
