Payments Operations Senior Analyst

Job Description

EBANX, a leading payment platform, is seeking a Payments Operations Senior Analyst in Curitiba. This role involves maintaining the integrity of EBANX's payment operations, ensuring payment approval quality, and building strategic relationships with stakeholders.

The Analyst will monitor KPIs, lead actions to enhance approval rates, design workflows, and manage relationships with payment partners. They will also conduct A/B tests, stay updated on market trends, create dashboards, analyze real-time data, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) of all pillars of approval rates.
• Leading and proposing deep-dive actions plan to enhance approval rates.
• Designing and developing workflows and procedures to streamline payment operations.
• Building and managing relationships with payments partners.
• Conducting A/B Test with acquirers, focusing on enhancing approval rates.
• Creating dashboards visualizations on Kibana/Grafana.
• Analyzing real-time data to identify patterns and trends.
• Detecting anomalies and handle alerts based on Machine Learning algorithm.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the payments industry, e-commerce or similar.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization.
• Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
