EBANX is seeking a Mid-level Software Engineer to join their team in Curitiba. EBANX is a leading payment platform connecting global companies with customers in fast-growing digital markets. The ideal candidate will work within a team of experienced developers, maintaining a platform that handles millions of daily transactional requests. • Writing and testing code in an incremental, agile, and well-documented manner.
• Conducting thorough code reviews and assisting teammates with complex designs and architectural decisions.
• Testing and deploying code to production continuously.
• Developing new tools to facilitate team efficiency.
• Interacting with colleagues from various departments, including Product, Finance, Risk, and Business Development.
• Working on strategic projects for EBANX.
• Evolving and shaping the future of the payments platform.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and deploying software solutions to production.
• Interest in data structures, concurrency, persistence, and distributed systems.
• Expertise in Git or any collaborative version control system.
• A vision for software quality, system evolution, problem decomposition, and abstractions.
• Ability to learn new practices, technologies, programming languages, and absorb engineering culture.
• Advanced English proficiency.
