Lightspeed is seeking a Manager of Revenue Operations to join their team in NoAm. The Manager will lead the RevOps function to drive operational excellence and support profitable revenue growth strategies. They will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with company OKRs.

What this role involves:

  • Leading weekly performance reviews, providing pipeline analysis and insights to leadership.
  • Conducting bi-weekly deep-dive sessions focusing on New Business (AE) and Account Management (AM) performance.
  • Facilitating Monthly Business Review (MBR) and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) sessions.
  • Overseeing the monthly analysis of quota attainment and coverage.
  • Leading the quarterly reforecasting process.
  • Building and developing the Revenue Operations team.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional leaders in Enablement, Product, and Sales.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams (2+ years).
  • Significant experience (6+ years) within a go-to-market (GTM) environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional outcomes.
  • Strong experience leading budget and forecasting processes.
  • Solid analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
