Job Description

EBANX, a leading payment platform, is seeking a Commercial Ops Analytics Analyst to drive sales performance through data-driven insights. The analyst will empower the commercial team with the data and analysis needed to succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Design, manage, and evaluate sales dashboards.
• Leverage SQL/Python to analyze large data sets.
• Monitor and analyze sales funnel performance.
• Provide accurate pipeline forecasts.
• Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines.
• Develop and implement data modeling algorithms.
• Create and manage interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau.

Requirements:

• Strong SQL and Excel Skills
• Analytical Mindset
• Problem-Solving & Optimization
• Advanced English
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python or Scala preferred)
• Experience in CRM Management (Husbspot/Salesforce)
