Job Description

EBANX is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Senior Analyst to strategically oversee and manage regulatory compliance. The role involves ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and industry standards. The Senior Analyst will support the development and implementation of regulatory strategies, provide expert guidance, and proactively identify and mitigate regulatory risks.

Role involves:
• Assisting in interpreting regulations for the company's business, especially in Payment Methods.
• Responding to regulatory notices and inspections.
• Assessing the regulatory compliance of new products, services, and features.
• Providing support for business decisions from a regulatory compliance perspective.
• Disseminating high ethical standards throughout the organization.
• Identifying deficiencies and monitoring corrections.
• Giving training about regulations for technical teams.

Requirements:
• Graduation in Law, Administration, or related areas.
• Relevant experience in Regulatory Compliance activities.
• Advanced English.
• Experience with Payment Institution or Exchange (plus).
