EBANX, a leading payment platform, is seeking a Sr. Tax Specialist to join their Global Tax team in Mexico City. This role is crucial for overseeing EBANX's tax operations across Latin America, with a focus on cost efficiency and pricing standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong finance and tax background, enabling them to understand the operational model, financial flows, and associated costs.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing operations for tax optimization and cost efficiency.
• Developing and implementing pricing strategies.
• Providing direct support to Commercial Teams.
• Tracking tax legislation updates across Latin America.
• Supporting operational teams in implementing tax-related changes.
• Collaborating with external tax advisors and internal teams.
• Analyzing cost structures and financial flows.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline tax processes.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Extensive experience in tax, finance, or related field (3+ years).
• Strong knowledge of Latin American tax laws and regulations.
• Experience with tax compliance, reporting, and audit processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
