Retail eCommerce Partnerships Manager at Lightspeed Commerce

Lightspeed is seeking a Retail eCommerce Partnerships Manager to join their team. This role reports to the VP of Partnerships and involves developing and managing eCommerce product integration partners. The candidate will work within a thriving ecosystem of hundreds of apps and partners, managing partners directly and collaborating with various internal teams such as partnerships, strategy, product, legal, and finance.

The Retail eCommerce Partnerships Manager will:

• Be the main contact for eCommerce partners interacting with Lightspeed.
• Drive alignment with existing partners for strategic project prioritization.
• Manage relationships with partners developing apps for Lightspeed’s eCommerce platform.
• Collaborate with commercial and legal teams on partner negotiations and agreements.
• Schedule regular touch points with key partners to communicate Lightspeed’s priorities.
• Act as a point of contact for inbound partnership requests.
• Identify opportunities to streamline agreements with multi-product and multi-region partners.
• Leverage connections with innovative retail partners.

Requirements for this role include:

• 3-5 years of experience in partnerships within the point of sale, payments, or eCommerce space.
• Experience working across legal, product, and commercial teams.
• Experience in a global SaaS environment, preferably fast-growth and global.
• Proven ability to shape strategy and execute plans with measurable impact.
• Experience engaging at an executive level internally and externally.
• Proven record of leading diverse, high-performing teams across geographical regions.
• Exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with accountability and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
