EBANX is seeking a Product Specialist - Payments to drive the development and enhancement of its payment solutions. The Product Specialist will be at the forefront of revolutionizing the way people transact digitally, ensuring seamless, secure, and efficient payment experiences for customers. This role involves defining the product vision and strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, prioritizing features, managing the product lifecycle, and driving product adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision and strategy for payment solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and business development teams.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Drive product adoption through effective communication and support.

Requirements:

• Fluent English.
• Experience in product management, with a focus on payments or fintech products.
• Deep understanding of the payment ecosystem.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Track record of delivering successful products to market.
