Job Description

EBANX is seeking a Technical Product Specialist to enhance its payments platform. The role involves optimizing performance and efficiency, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement. The Technical Product Specialist will work on the management of EBANX's Payments portfolio in different regions and countries.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of the operational intricacies of our payments platform
• Provide subject matter expertise to the product team
• Assist in the development of features, new payment methods discoveries and enhancements that improve performance and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with analytics and data teams to analyze platform performance metrics
• Recommend solutions to enhance performance
• Work with business operations team to establish and maintain processes for ongoing performance monitoring and optimization
• Work with different teams in the company to facilitate communication and alignment on priorities related to payments performance.

Requirements:

• Expertise in payments operations, fintechs or a related industry
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Proven track record of driving operational improvements and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and intuitive product strategies
• Experience in iterative product development
• Multilingual abilities, especially in markets relevant to the company - Portuguese, English and Spanish
• Familiarity with tools and systems such as anti-fraud solutions, smart routing, data visualization/monitoring tools such as DataDog, Kibana and Grafana
