SonderMind is seeking a Salesforce Architect to join their expanding team. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and managing scalable Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals. The Salesforce Architect will lead efforts in integrating Salesforce with other enterprise applications, leveraging Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud. This role also requires proficiency in Apex development and the ability to deliver robust and scalable solutions tailored to business needs.
What this role involves: - Architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
- Developing and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware tools.
- Designing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Leading data migration and consolidation efforts.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensuring Salesforce adherence to compliance standards and best practices.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation for Salesforce processes and configurations.
- Mentoring administrator and analyst, fostering skill growth within the team.
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and administration.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
- Advanced experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and middleware platforms.
- Understanding of APIs, web services, and integration best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes.
- Salesforce Architect Certification or equivalent preferred.
