Job Description
SonderMind is seeking a Partner Growth Associate to drive strategic growth and deepen partnerships with enterprise health system clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on uncovering insights, solving complex problems, and influencing revenue growth. The Partner Growth Associate will analyze partner data to identify operational inefficiencies, opportunities for expansion, and strategies to improve care delivery at scale. They will translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for both internal stakeholders and partner organizations, playing a critical role in SonderMind’s growth in the enterprise healthcare space.
What this role involves:
- Reviewing and actioning on reports and metrics of success for Health Systems and their partner organizations.
- Tracking and measuring HS partner health and success metrics.
- Proactively engaging with customers to understand their evolving needs and provide solutions.
- Acting as the partners voice within the organization, advocating for their needs and ensuring their issues are addressed promptly.
- Gathering health system partners feedback and insights to help inform product development and service improvements.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in healthcare consulting, analytics, or a similarly strategic, data-heavy role supporting health systems or enterprise healthcare clients.
- Knowledge of clinical systems is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in analyzing large datasets, synthesizing information, diagnosing HS partner issues and translating it into actionable solutions.
- Strong understanding of healthcare business models, operations, and levers of revenue and efficiency.
