Job Description

SonderMind is seeking a B2B Growth Marketing Manager to drive demand generation, sales enablement, and account-based marketing efforts. The role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate qualified leads, engage critical enterprise partners, and increase revenue. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing B2B businesses, managing paid advertising campaigns, and leveraging data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analysis and segmentation to identify target health systems.
  • Design and lead ABM campaigns aligned with the buyer journey.
  • Partner with sales leadership to ensure effective messaging.
  • Manage the B2B marketing budget with a focus on ROI.
  • Develop sales enablement materials.
  • Design and execute targeted account-based marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and organize webinars, conferences, and in-person events.
  • Measure, track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
  • Develop campaigns and content to engage therapists and psychiatrists.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in demand generation, sales enablement, account-based marketing, or B2B growth marketing.
  • Strong understanding of B2B digital marketing channels.
  • Proficient in CRM, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Data-driven and analytical.
  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in Healthcare, Mental Healthcare, SaaS, or technology industries is preferred.
  • Startup experience is a plus.
