Lightspeed is seeking a Quality Test Developer to join their Ecwid product team in Tbilisi. The ideal candidate will contribute to projects impacting thousands of merchants globally, working on a platform facilitating sales across various websites and product types. This role involves collaboration with QA engineers, focusing on automation, and offers growth opportunities in both programming and testing.

Responsibilities:

  • Write efficient, understandable, and maintainable code
  • Develop UI, API, and screen tests
  • Investigate the causes of test and product failures
  • Develop tools for the QA department
  • Determine strategies for expanding product test coverage

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in test development
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and one backend programming language (Golang or Kotlin)
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, Puppeteer, Playwright, etc.)
  • Logical thinking and the ability to see cause-and-effect relationships
  • Complete the test task
  • English — B2 — Upper-Intermediate
