Job Description

Lightspeed is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer with expertise in Go Lang and React to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. This role involves collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineers to develop new features and improve existing products. The Senior Fullstack Developer will demonstrate ownership and accountability and produce clean, tested, maintainable, and efficient code. They will also integrate web applications with third-party services and APIs, lead initiatives, mentor junior developers, and contribute to engineering culture.Role involves:

• Developing and maintaining web applications using Go Lang and React
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new features
• Ensuring high performance and user experience
• Integrating web applications with third-party services and APIs
• Leading initiatives and mentoring junior developers

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer
• Strong proficiency in Go Lang and React
• Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or Vue.js (a plus)
• Strong understanding of web application architecture and design patterns
• Experience with databases such as BigTable, PostgreSQL, and/or MongoDB
• Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party services
