Director of Product Management - Applications

Job Description

TRG Screen is seeking a Director of Product Management - Applications to lead a portfolio of SaaS products within the Market Data and Subscription Cost Management space. This role reports to the Chief Product Officer and contributes to the organization's product vision and strategy. The Director will manage and nurture the development of the product vision, goals, and roadmap, prioritizing features based on market analysis and customer feedback. They will lead a team of product managers and product owners, coaching them to achieve excellence in gathering and creating PM artifacts, executing best practice processes, and making data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will be adept at using KPIs to measure product success and organizational impact, driving successful product delivery through effective team management.Role involves:

• Managing a portfolio of SaaS products.
• Developing product vision, goals, and roadmaps.
• Prioritizing features based on market analysis and customer feedback.
• Leading and coaching a team of product managers and product owners.
• Driving a robust software development process.
• Measuring product success using KPIs.

Requirements:

• Experience growing and building teams.
• Proficiency in Scaled Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in planning and forecasting.
• Expertise in launching products with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience navigating organizational changes.
• Experience working with User Experience Teams.
