Infrastructure Engineer II

Job Description

GHX is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer II to manage and maintain its IT infrastructure at the GHX India office. The candidate will be responsible for on-premises Windows server environment, virtualized infrastructure, network infrastructure, and cloud-based systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Windows-based servers.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Hyper-V and VMware virtual environments.
• Diagnose and resolve network infrastructure issues.
• Maintain and support AWS cloud-based solutions.
• Perform upgrades, troubleshooting, and repairs of physical server hardware.
• Manage cluster resources.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Windows Server administration.
• Strong knowledge of Hyper-V and VMware virtual environments.
• Solid understanding of network infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Experience with server hardware maintenance and upgrades.
• Proficiency in cluster management and performance tuning.
• Ability to physically troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues on-site.
