Network Administration

Job Description

GHX is seeking a talented Mid-Level Network Administrator to maintain and optimize its network infrastructure. The Network Administrator will work closely with the Lead Network Engineer to ensure seamless connectivity, robust security, and efficient network operations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle network support tickets and resolve network incidents.
• Provide technical guidance to internal teams.
• Execute routine network maintenance tasks.
• Monitor network performance and implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain network documentation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of change management policies.
• Collaborate with the security team to provide network insights.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of IP protocols and routing principles.
• Familiarity with cloud networking concepts.
• Solid understanding of the OSI model.
• Experience troubleshooting WAN/LAN/WLAN/VPN issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
• Experience with routing, switching, firewall policies, and VPN configurations.
