Job Description
impact.com is seeking a CPQ Technical Systems Analyst to take ownership of the Salesforce CPQ implementation. The role involves providing strategic guidance, collaborating with stakeholders, and continuously optimizing the Salesforce CPQ system. The analyst will also support product development, manage rules and master data, and partner with Product Operations for change and release management. Documentation and staying updated on technology changes are also key responsibilities.- Taking ownership of the Salesforce CPQ implementation
- Providing strategic guidance on CPQ best practices
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Optimizing the Salesforce CPQ system
- Supporting product development within the CPQ framework
- Overseeing the configuration and management of Price Rules, Product Rules, and Discount Schedules
- Partnering with Product Operations for change and release management
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Active Salesforce Admin and Salesforce CPQ Specialist certifications preferred
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ administration, configuration, and optimization
- Exceptional understanding of CPQ-related features
- Deep understanding of Sales, Quoting, Product, Renewal and Contracting Processes
- Experience with Apex and Lightning Components (preferred)
- Previous experience performing business analysis and documenting requirements is preferred
- Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
