Strategy Analyst

impact.com is seeking a Strategy Analyst to join their Strategy Team in London. The Strategy Team reports to the Founder & Chief Strategy Officer and handles strategy development, core capability building, structured innovation, and analytical task forces. The Strategy Analyst will tackle critical strategic challenges, collaborate with various teams, and contribute to shaping the future of the partnerships industry.

What this role involves:

• Solving high-stakes problems by gathering and analyzing data.
• Collaborating across teams, including Product, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, HR, Legal, and Finance.
• Contributing to innovation by supporting "impact.com Bets."
• Communicating insights to management and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• A Master’s or Bachelor degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering) with 1+ years of relevant work experience.
• Top-tier problem-solving skills and strong quantitative abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a distributed environment.
• Comfortable conveying complex ideas in clear, concise language.
• Proven record of leadership with a proactive and innovative mindset.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and adapt to varied time zones.
