impact.com is seeking a Systems Analyst to join its growing global Business Applications Team. This team is responsible for partnering with business teams to ensure impact.com has a suite of carefully selected, fit-for-purpose, well-managed, tightly governed, and well-adopted technology platforms and tools that work together to drive internal productivity. The Systems Analyst will play a key role in the design, implementation, support, and maintenance of impact.com’s Sales Technology stack, with Salesforce as the key platform. The ideal candidate will ensure the tech stack is supported, delivering value, continuously evolving to meet business needs, and well-integrated to provide a seamless user experience.
What this role involves: - Working with business teams to elicit, translate, and document business requirements.
- Creating well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Designing well-architected solutions that best leverage internal core platforms.
- Configuring and implementing solutions, including out-of-the-box configuration, custom solutions, and data migrations.
- Guiding developers through solution development.
- Producing project artifacts such as user flows, logical models, and technical solutions documents.
- Developing and executing test plans to ensure quality delivery.
- Providing 2nd and 3rd line support of existing applications.
- Creating insightful reports and dashboards.
- Providing technical guidance and support to junior system analysts.
- Developing and executing training programs.
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a Business Systems role.
- 4+ years working within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proven ability to configure and optimize integrated business processes across systems.
- Background with RDBMS technologies and modeling techniques.
- Experience in software development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies and tools.
- Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications.
- Technology qualification such as Computer Science or Information systems degree or equivalent work experience.
