impact.com is seeking a Marketing Automation Manager - Marketo to play a critical role in the success of their global marketing initiatives. This role is the technical execution arm of Marketo programs, keeping up with new features and functionality. The Marketing Automation Manager will report to the Director of Marketing Operations & Analysis and collaborate closely with the Marketing team to design, execute, and optimize global campaigns that drive measurable results. This role focuses on building and managing programs in Marketo across multiple channels, including email, paid search, paid social, webinars/events, and account-based marketing (ABM). They will also oversee the integration of new business units, identify opportunities for optimization, and ensure seamless operations across the marketing technology stack.Role involves:
  • Collaborating with Demand Gen, Programs, Events and global marketing managers to build and optimize all campaigns running through Marketo
  • Testing, optimizing and standardizing email, programs, forms, landing pages and templates
  • Uploading and maintaining lead lists and oversee data hygiene within the Marketo instance
  • Managing email consent best practices
  • Managing and optimizing all integrations between Marketo and other tools in the marketing technology stack
  • Overseeing third-party agencies or teams responsible for uploading and managing landing pages, emails, creatives, and campaign reporting
  • Supporting marketing initiatives across regions (EMEA, APAC, US) and business units
  • Participating in the training and supervision of Marketo users including email marketers
  • Identifying and implementing new campaign opportunities and areas for operational improvement
  • Implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting tracking scripts or elements that provide accurate reporting
  • Improving email engagement, deliverability and unsubscribes
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience using Marketo
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills
  • Functional experience in HTML and CSS
  • Experience with various martech platforms and tools
  • Adept at reporting tools; Excel, DOMO, SFDC, Looker Studio or equivalent
  • Experience tracking and reporting on campaign performance
  • Experience with Marketo Measure/Bizible
  • B2B marketing experience
