impact.com is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their team in New York. This role is a unique opportunity to gain experience with a leading partnership management platform. The Business Development Representative will be the first point of contact, generating new business through inbound opportunities and helping prospects understand the value of impact.com's offerings. This position involves collaboration across sales, demand generation, and sales/marketing operations.What this role involves:
  • Engaging with inbound inquiries to qualify prospects.
  • Performing outbound activities to engage with marketing leads.
  • Educating prospects about impact.com's technology and solutions.
  • Working closely with Account Executives to build a pipeline.
  • Tracking and managing prospects through Salesforce.com.
  • Scheduling appointments with qualified prospects.
  • Providing market and product feedback.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a customer-facing service industry.
  • Excitement about gaining experience with critical business functions.
  • Confident communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and passion for marketing & technology.
