impact.com is seeking a Business Development Representative - Inbound to join their team in New York City. The company is passionate about its people, technology, and customer success. They are the leading SaaS platform for businesses to automate their partnerships and grow their revenue.
The Business Development Representative will be the first point of contact at impact.com, responsible for generating new business through inbound opportunities. This role involves collaborating across sales, demand generation, and sales/marketing operations.
What this role involves:
- Engaging with inbound contact forms/inquiries, web chats, and emails to assess prospect qualifications.
- Educating and qualifying prospects about impact.com's technology and SKUs.
- Working closely with Account Executives to build a pipeline for impact.com's products.
- Tracking and managing prospects through Salesforce.com and leveraging tools like Outreach.io and Sales Navigator.
- Scheduling high-impact appointments with qualified prospects for Account Executives.
- Providing valuable market and product feedback to drive impact.com's business development strategy.
Requirements:
- Experience in any customer-facing service industry (retail, telesales, real-estate etc.).
- Excitement about gaining experience with critical business functions.
- Confident verbal and written communication skills.
- Hungry, humble, and smart attitude.
- Self-motivation and passion for marketing & technology.
