impact.com is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to support its growing GTM organization. This role involves providing reporting and analysis of revenue-generating activities, designing and optimizing sales processes, and acting as a bridge between Greater China and US teams. The Revenue Operations Specialist will work with a global team and contribute to the company's mission of transforming partnership management.
What this role involves:
- Developing and maintaining sales support systems and processes.
- Administering sales automation tools.
- Generating reports on pipelines, forecasts, and quota attainment.
- Providing business partnering support to sales and finance.
- Assisting with quarterly and bi-annual business reviews.
- Building and maintaining high-quality reporting and dashboards.
Requirements:
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in sales operational processes and tooling (Salesforce).
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in SaaS, revenue operations, or sales operations.
