Job Description
impact.com is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to support its growing GTM organization. This role involves providing reporting and analysis of revenue-generating activities, designing and optimizing sales processes, and acting as a bridge between Greater China and US teams. The Revenue Operations Specialist will work with a global team and contribute to the company's mission of transforming partnership management.

What this role involves:
  • Developing and maintaining sales support systems and processes.
  • Administering sales automation tools.
  • Generating reports on pipelines, forecasts, and quota attainment.
  • Providing business partnering support to sales and finance.
  • Assisting with quarterly and bi-annual business reviews.
  • Building and maintaining high-quality reporting and dashboards.

Requirements:
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in sales operational processes and tooling (Salesforce).
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in SaaS, revenue operations, or sales operations.
