Job Description
impact.com is seeking a Solutions Consultant to partner with the sales organization and drive revenue. The Solutions Consultant will use their technical knowledge and business acumen to understand customer needs and effectively position impact.com's technology. They will build rapport with clients and be seen as a trusted advisor.

Role involves:
  • Conducting discovery sessions with clients.
  • Designing solution plans and technical integration documentation.
  • Leading technical sales activities.
  • Drafting technical RFP responses.
  • Collaborating with product teams.
  • Creating re-usable content.

Requirements:
  • Continuous learner.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, APIs, file transfer systems.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of SaaS platforms and digital marketing solutions.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years working in a customer facing role.
