Senior Software Engineer III

Job Description

Impact is seeking a Senior Software Engineer III to join their team in Cape Town. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside the CTO and engineering leaders in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Software Engineer III will be responsible for running various cross-team initiatives, helping build a best-in-class software engineering culture and practices, and generally helping all tech-related teams be successful. Impact is the global leader in Partnership Automation and catalyst for the new Partnership Economy.Role involves:

• Working closely with the CTO and engineering leaders across various GEOs
• Managing projects from start to completion
• Leading meetings, capturing action items, and ensuring follow-up
• Working with engineering teams to establish various KPIs
• Ensuring various processes and best practices are followed throughout the Technology group
• Working closely with HR and Technology leadership to establish career paths within the organization
• Ensuring best-in-class training and education is available for the Technology group

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science Degree required
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Software Development
• Experience being responsible for the entire lifecycle of designing, implementing, testing, and deploying software
• Strong project management skills
