Elite Technology is seeking an Application Support Analyst to assist customers in utilizing Elite 3E software. This role involves providing application support for Elite’s 3E product, focusing on accounting in a project-based environment. The Application Support Analyst will support EMEA business hours.
Responsibilities:
Pull service request tickets and document challenges.
Use case management system to record information.
Use remote access utilities to replicate customer challenges.
Provide timely status updates and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues.
Acquire and maintain expertise of Elite’s software product.
Develop SQL skills and gain technical knowledge of Elite’s software products.
Requirements:
Must have billing and/or SQL experience.
High proficiency in writing/changing SQL queries.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT.
2+ years of technical, financial, and/or related customer support experience.
Knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server, MS Office, Azure, and relational database concepts.
Thorough understanding of GAAP and/or prior legal industry accounting experience preferred.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Proficiency in English at a B2+ level or higher.
