Job Description
Elite Technology is seeking a Financial Application Specialist to provide technical consultative Application Support for Elite’s 3E product. This is a remote position based in the Philippines, supporting North American business hours. The Financial Application Specialist will assist customers in effectively utilizing Elite 3E software to meet their firm’s business objectives.
The role involves:
- Pulling service request tickets and documenting challenges.
- Using case management system to record all information.
- Replicating customer challenges using remote access utilities.
- Providing timely status updates and recommending business process improvements.
- Collaborating with team members to resolve customer issues.
- Acquiring and maintaining expertise of Elite’s software product.
- Remote troubleshooting and complex financial data mining on client systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, Finance Analyst and/or Accounting and Finance
- 2+ years technical, financial, accounting and/or customer service experience with financial programs
- Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server, MS office, Azure, Azure Monitoring, Smartsheet, IE, Chrome and relational database concepts is a plus
- Exceptional customer service soft skills with expertise in troubleshooting and solving complex problems
- Excellent organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior knowledge/experience in legal finance sector, professional services or similar financial systems environment
- Experience as a technical support engineer, application support analyst or application support engineer for a SaaS product or company is preferred
