Elite Technology is seeking a Product Manager to support its Product Management team within the legal tech portfolio for the Financials category. This role focuses on the development, management, and optimization of data-driven solutions that provide valuable insights to legal professionals. The Product Manager will report to the Group Product Manager.Elite Technology embraces an employee-centric, flexible work model.What This Role Involves:

• Owning a specific data-driven product or key workstream in the category of Financials.
• Monitoring industry trends, legal technology advancements, and customer needs.
• Working closely with UX designers to create intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
• Partnering with engineering teams to define technical requirements.
• Aligning with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive adoption.
• Developing and maintaining the product feature roadmap.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize features.
• Engaging with customers, legal professionals, and internal stakeholders.
• Conducting user research, interviews, and data analysis.
• Validating requirements and ensuring that data products meet business and customer needs.
• Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in product management, ideally in SaaS, data products, or legal tech.
• Experience with financial controls, compliance tracking, and global reporting requirements for large enterprises.
• Ability to translate user needs into product solutions with a strong focus on usability and value.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and product management tools.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work across multiple departments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in the legal tech industry or with data-driven products.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or business intelligence solutions.
• Experience working with customers to gather insights and incorporate feedback into product development.
