Growth Account Manager

Job Description

Elite Technology is seeking a Growth Account Manager to sell into a territory of existing Elite Customers. The Growth Account Manager will focus on upselling to Elite Technology's Elite Cloud SaaS platform, enhancing customer value by adding solution-focused Elite modules, and retaining key customers through proactive account management. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, ensuring high-performance sales execution, and fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers in law firms and legal organizations.What this role involves:

• Cultivating relationships with key decision-makers in law firms and legal organizations.
• Ensuring customer success through strategic account management and consultative sales.
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell solutions within the platform.
• Executing sales playbook strategy and adhering to sales processes.
• Leveraging CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track performance and insights.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales enablement, product, and customer success teams.
• Staying ahead of industry trends, legal technology advancements, and competitor offerings.
• Ensuring the sales team has a deep understanding of our solutions and value propositions.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales selling experience in an AM or AE role.
• SaaS experience with an ERP/Platform ecosystem is preferred.
• History of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Ability to develop and execute a sales playbook.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level engagement.
• Bachelor's degree or Equivalent experience required
