Business Analyst

Job Description

Elite Technology is seeking a Business Analyst to drive business process improvements for its products. The Business Analyst will lead analysis efforts, mentor junior analysts, and take ownership of the business process architecture. This role requires expertise in business analysis, continuous improvement, and a strong analytical approach to enhancing business processes, with a focus on SaaS software solutions.Elite Technology is a leading, independent technology company that helps law firms drive profitability through improved operational effectiveness, increased efficiency, and greater visibility across their business.What this role involves:

• Collaborating with stakeholders and engineering team members to discover, analyze and document business requirements for financial SaaS solutions.
• Defining and documenting personas according to most used configuration patterns in the system.
• Analyzing and mapping business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Working with cloud architects and engineers to align business processes with SaaS automation and cloud-native capabilities.
• Partnering with engineers (Developers & QA) and product teams during SDLC to ensure requirements are correctly integrated into our financial SaaS solutions.
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of system behaviors, business logic, and common financial configurations.
• Defining documentation standards to be reused across different teams, like support and engineering.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on SaaS software and/or financial applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience in use of data analytical and reporting tools as support for analytical work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in complex technical and financial discussions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence product roadmaps and business priorities.
• Experience in applying software QA methodologies and tools to ensure comprehensive test execution.
• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level or higher (CEFR), with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken formats.
