Lightspeed is seeking a talented Software Development Team Lead to guide a high-performing software development team. The team will be responsible for building the Users, Roles and Permissions module of Lightspeed's Restaurant Point-of-Sale product.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 9 developers.
- Enhance team growth through mentoring and feedback.
- Provide code reviews and design feedback.
- Develop scalable applications and microservices.
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders.
- Improve software delivery processes.
- Participate in recruiting.
